Retail Customer Replacement/Exchange
We will make every attempt to fix any problems you may have with our jewelry. We will replace or exchange any piece of jewelry at your request. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you first received the item. Customer is responsible for postage on exchanges and replacements.
To complete your replacement or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or replaced.
