Not only are we a member of the Argentium Silver Guild but are also licensed to use the Argentium Silver Trademark. We will provide your establishment with all the necessary marketing resources about the benefits of Argentium Silver.

- Opportunities to host in-store trunk shows with designers and artists, Marye Brenda and Joseph. These often feature one-of-a-kind items that normally aren't available for wholesale.
WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive wholesale trade pricing, plus the cost of shipping. Due to the nature of the materials we work with, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The recommended retail price of our products is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell our products without our express prior permission in writing. You may sell our products in excess of the recommended retail price.
OPENING ORDERS & RE-ORDERS: A minimum order of $450 is required for opening orders, plus shipping. There is a minimum re-order amount of $250 plus shipping. All orders must be paid in full with credit card or PayPal before you will be put on the production schedule. Should there be additional shipping charges for any reason, we will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid before shipment. Wholesale orders may be made from our Retail website; however, quantities and availability may be limited.
CANCELLATION FEES: Any cancelled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within five days of order date.
SHIPPING: All domestic orders will ship via UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made. All items ship from New Freedom, PA. Expedited shipping methods and other carriers may be used at retailer's expense. International orders are subject to various customs restrictions and may have different shipping requirements. Retailer is responsible for all shipping, duty fees and taxes that may occur.
DAMAGES/DEFECT: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Returns may be made on defective or damaged merchandise within five days of receipt of the product. Please keep all packaging materials while we process your return. Return requests must be submitted in writing.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Your wholesale order is made for your boutique. Once it is ordered, merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
PACKAGING: All orders come with anti-tarnish bags. Care and information cards for Argentium jewelry will be included. We offer especially designed luxury branded Argentium Jewelry Boxes at additional costs. Please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
HANDMADE VARIABILITY: Due to the handmade nature of our fabrication process and designs, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items shown in our catalog are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.
EXCLUSIVITY: Approval is required to become a Marye Brenda retailer. This allows us to evaluate many factors that go into determining exclusivity and proximity. While we are sensitive to and try to be aware of each retailer's territory, we cannot guarantee exclusivity. If exclusivity is a major factor, please contact us directly.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION: We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.
